What data
What you write in the request form: the task, timeline, budget and contact. The contact can be a name, email, phone number or Telegram username.
Why
To reply to your request and, if we agree, to prepare a contract.
What I do with it
I collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer, block, delete and destroy it. Processing is automated.
Where it is stored and who receives it
The request is first saved in Yandex Cloud storage in Russia (Yandex.Cloud LLC). A copy comes to me on Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, UAE). The site runs on Vercel Inc. servers (USA): the request passes through them but is not stored there. By sending the form you agree to this transfer abroad. The UAE and the USA are not on the list of countries that Roskomnadzor considers to provide adequate protection of personal data.
How long it lasts
The consent lasts 1 year from the moment you send the request or until you withdraw it. Requests in storage are deleted automatically after 1 year.
How to withdraw
Write to hi@daniilvdovin.com. I will stop processing your data and delete it within 30 days. More about data on this site is in the privacy policy.
