Flat renovation, client, unnamed
3D pricing story
A renovation client picks a plan more easily when the difference is visible: walls, materials and floor area change right in the scene.

- ProblemThe renovation plans on the site looked like three similar lists. The goal was to show how they differ so that visitors watch to the end.
- What I did
- Built an interactive Three.js scene in a 'foreman's notebook' style: wall layers, three plans in turn, a 'where they cut corners' mini-game, a tablet at the site survey.
- The apartment rebuilds by area: studio, one, two or three rooms.
- Made frame-by-frame rendering for promo videos and an embeddable version: load on click, render on demand, mobile checks.
- Embedding requires no redesign of the client's site.
- ResultThe videos are approved and embedding on the client's site is underway. A simplified copy of the scene lives in the 3D book on this site.
- Stack and approachThree.js, deterministic video rendering (Playwright, ffmpeg), lazy loading.
